Nexus One Android 2.1 Ui
(Used it on Nokia 5230)
Good:
- NEW! Tap on the Top icon messenger black icon and it will go to Notifications Bar home screen.
- Icon 72x72 for Thumb size (without using stylus pen to operate).
(In this video is difficult to hold camera while playing the phone)
- Google search Widget actually going to Opera Mobile 10 beta.
- 5 Different home screen (1800x460 wallpaper).
- Nexus One Launcher Grid and Home icon.
- Add your shortcut on Home Screen or Launcher by enable the gdesk menu (Fav icon).
Bad:
- The weather widget not functional.
- The notes always goes to original.
- Double tap / single tap for click.
- The apps of gDesk has little bug (crashing when fast rotating).
DOWNLOAD gDesk v0.33g
DOWNLOAD Nexus One gdd file.
DOWNLOAD Nexus One.Ui Source file icon, Home Screen and Wallpapers.
This Nexus One Ui gdd for gDesk is created by me Muffler and modify files source from TommyHacker. Spread the word... :)
Instruction:
- Download all the files above. (3 Downloads files).
- Extract all the file and save into your memory card. Example: d:/apps/gDesk
should have this sis file:
GDesk.0.33G.SIS
GDeskAgnViewS60.0.33g.SIS
GDeskClockS60.0.33g.SIS
GDeskInfoViewS60.0.33g.SIS
GDeskNotepadS60.0.33g.SIS
GDeskShortcutS60.0.33g.SIS (optional to install)
GDeskTaskManS60.0.33g.SIS
- Create new folder d:/apps/gdesk/GDD File
put Nexus One.gdd
- Install all the SIS file. (It better to hack your phone to bypass the certificate)
- After finishing install. Open gDesk and tap on the screen choose design.
- Tap again on the screen and choose load design.
- Find where you put the gdd file.
- Your done.
- If you have missing skin. Put the Nexus One.Ui Source file icon, Home Screen and Wallpapers. into d:/+GDesk/
folder Home Screen.
folder Icon.
folder Wallpapers.
Recommended:
- After load the design.
-Tap on the screen and choose option tuk tick this option:
Replace Main
Full Screen
Left soft key: close
Hide title caption
Disable menu tap.
Information:
You can easily to turn back into Nokia Ui.
You can turn off the gDesk. (It just replace the home screen not fully replace the system Ui)

Nope it not change the text, it will used default text that came with the phone. But i know it can be change. Yes it can be used on Nokia 5230, 5530 & 5800. :)
Download the files dDesk, gdd file and the source file.
Install gDesk on yout phone like your install any other apps.(been signed). Also install other widget that came on gDesk zip.
- Open gDesk and tap on the screen choose design.
- Tap again on the screen and choose load design.
- Find where you put the gdd file.
Recommended:
- After load the design.
-Tap on the screen and choose option tuk tick this option:
Replace Main
Full Screen
Left soft key: close
Hide title caption
Disable menu tap.

Those files are included in OSDreamBlue0.1 package or in the HTC Hero package. If you got an error message while installing then self sign them. If your phone is hacked just apply the installserver patch.

Gdesk is only like Themes, only changes the Home Screen and a basic thing. It will not change the Symbian OS firmware. You can easily turn off this apps.

Or you mean it back to your normal S60 Home Screen, u need to download apps that will allow you to autorun the gdesk apps, but i forgot what the app name.
Please use other browser like google chrome. I need to use ziddu :)
Sorry for this after hacking you must do this, Once you installed you will get ROMPatcher Application in the “Installed apps” folder. We need to Enable the “Installserve_FP2″ and “open4all” patches. Before the hack works!!! :) Happy certificate hacking.

Yes, you need to hack your phone, because the gdesk certificate is expired, it cant install properly.
Extract the rar file from your computer.
It doesn't have app market and no live wallpaper.

errrm for all you people with certificate problems. a quick workaround is to set your phone's date back 2 years and then you are able to install the last install. happy hunting
you dont need to hack your phone, if it says expired certificate you can just change the phone time and date setting back a few months/years, install, then change the date back

Honestly ladies... this is just another softer, does not change your Mobile OS, I did not like much coze it's SLOW and wont work properly. I do NOT recommend.

noooo! wen i try and install taskman.sis thingyit says xpired signature.
that probs fixed but wen i launch the gdd file or watevr it is it says low phone mem. wtf basically the error goes like dis: Memory full. Delete or move some data from C: Phone memory.

also, i just tried hacking it with "Helloox" but nothing like "installserve_fp2" or "open4all" came up.. just a bunch of other things like "open C LIBSSL common","open C LIBSSL Patch" "PIPS installer" and other stuff

i installed 5 SIS .33 files out of 7. only gdesk info view and gdesk task man ramains. info view .33 is not compatible with my nokia c5 03 and for gdesk taskman.33 expired certificate is the main problem.
