I have found a freeware software from Chime Softwares Ltd it called Glass2k.
This software is to make your desktop windows transparent i meant super transparent. How to done just extract the zip file and double click the software it will be on your taskbar. Right-click on any window or press the keyboard shortcuts (Control + Shift + [0-9]) to make any window transparent. It's that simple. Never need to install.
